About The Pastor

Naomi graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ottawa University with a BA in Elementary Education.  

She taught K-8 and Special Education Classes.in both private and public schools in Arizona.

Louis and Naomi Hulsey began serving as pastors in 1966 and have led Arizona congregations in Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa, and Happy Jack. 

They also founded churches in Tennga, Georgia and Desoto, Texas. 

Louis and Naomi became senior pastors at Living Waters Church in June, 2004.  

After 52 years of ministry, Louis went home to be with the Lord in November, 2017. 

Naomi Hulsey has continued as pastor of Living Waters Church.

 Louis and Naomi Hulsey are blessed with six children, twenty-four grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
